Preview: As part of my yoga practice I do some meditation but nothing intense. I enjoyed the article you posted. i am known to all my friends as a big kid. I do very much enjoy acting in little plays with my children and i still love to draw. I just seldom have the time. I think that as we become adults we fall victims to the pressures of scoiety, work, family and so on. i hold on to the kid in me ....
