Preview: There are a number of reasons people don't offer their creativity and I think it is wrong to ascribe this to "fear" as if it was the personal failing of the creative person. My bet is the person in your example had his creative offerings shut down often enough in the past that he made it a habit to be silent. Organizations do not like creative people, creatives disrupt the order of things ....

Preview: Agreed. I would love to see a section on music and creativity. Also when it comes to the blackboard/elluminate presentations, it wasn't until last week that we all got to actually participate in the presentation by posting in response to Frank Kowalski's questions. I think having more active discussions in which MOOCers can actually get involved some how creatively besides just using ....
