TWITTER CHAT SESSION TOMORROW, 17 APRIL ...

AT 7 PM NEW YORK TIME. USE THE HASHTAG #CMCCHAT AND PLEASE JOIN US.

Our thanks to those who are actively participating in this CMC11 cMOOC. For those who may be lurking ... and we see you from time to time ... we also offer our thanks for being curious and staying around to read what other have to say and show us.  It is building on each others' different perspectives of understanding of various concepts, that we continue to grow our own learning and then, hopefully, share with each other .. so the learning can continue. We lay the foundations for the practice of lifelong learning.  The world around us is changing so rapidly and new ideas, events, processes keep us in awe, as well as a tad confused ... please continue helping to contribute to our sensemaking by sharing your perspectives. Networked knowledge and personal learning networks connect us to a more global perspective.

Today, Col. Chris Hadfield, commander of the International Space Station was asked how his view of humanity might have changed by viewing earth from space.  His response, somewhat paraphrased, was that the boundaries we usually think about (neighborhood, town, state, country) disappear from his perspective and we are all us. It is the us that we would like to connect to and continue our lifelong sensemaking and knowledge building.  Thanks for being a part of this endeavor in CMC11.
