Hello fellow MOOCers,   I guess I am more of a lurker now although I participated in the MOOC as an ESC student two terms ago.  Think I'm going to enjoy being a lurker; I like the sound of the word.   The MOOC might seem a little intimidating at first, but when Carol says to 'jump in' she does means it. You'll be encouraged to use blogs, SlideShare, RSS Readers,....

Google+ Hangout: takes more bandwidth than I have access to. Sure would be nice to have a transcript (text) or report (blog post). Ditto YouTube. Continuations, China, connecting (because you can't do connectivism let alone exchange ideas about it unless you do): Using mostly Fb because it is convenient, I suspect I've missed out on some announcements (i.e. final projects) and ....

Thank you for sharing your ideas on a rubric for facilitating more creative approaches to learning and problem solving.  I wonder if the rubric you describe can also apply to a process for self reflection and discovery. As learners, it is important, as you mention, the we adapt to change, learn to take risks and embrace ambiguity.  I wonder if we can, as learning facilitators (teachers) ....

Any other bi- or multi-linguals out there? I spoke Italian (I come from an Italian immigrant family) before I learned English in school. when i use tags in drupal for the "CMC11" feed filter, it works fine. When I use "Labels" (equivalent of tags) in Blogger, nothing. When I put CMC11 in the text of my post in Blogger, nothing. I am mystified and Sam cannot access Blogger posts (since it's Google) from China :-((((
